Unicorn Property Group has taken two years to restore and convert this historic Category A-listed warehouse into a remarkable residential development. The ClockTower has been a focal point for Dundee’s waterfront since 1877. External elevations are predominantly formed by Broxwood’s tinted premium standard toughened double glazed NordVest windows whilst balconies are accessed through quality timber double glazed balcony doors. The large glazed areas are both elegant and impressive, affording fantastic views of the river and city. As well as enjoying amazing light and interesting focal points within each apartment, these modern windows guarantee warm and comfortable living spaces which enjoy a high degree of security and energy efficiency.
